The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679), applicable since May 2018, constitutes the European framework relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and circulation of personal data. The company responsible for processing personal data is BONCOLAC SAS, represented by Mr Alexandre VIGNERON.

Your personal data is made accessible only to those persons authorized to have access to it by virtue of their responsibilities. Your personal data is transmitted to BONCOLAC employees in charge of administering the platform and carrying out surveys (BONCOLAC marketing departments). Your data will not be passed on to our commercial partners without your prior knowledge and consent.

Legitimate interest: BONCOLAC has a business interest in processing your data that is justified, balanced and does not infringe your privacy. With certain exceptions, you may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest by notifying BONCOLAC.

We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The specific retention periods for each type of processing are detailed for each purpose below.

    • Communication of a copy of all personal data held by the data controller. 

This right concerns all data that may or may not be processed by data controllers. 

  • From a right to request portability of certain data: this allows you to retrieve your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. It applies only to data provided actively, for example by filling in a form or responding to a survey, and which is processed automatically. 
  • From a right to withdraw consent The possibility of withdrawing, at any time, the consent you have given to the processing of your personal data when using the site.

  • From a right of rectification It allows you to rectify information about yourself that is obsolete or erroneous. It also allows you to complete incomplete information about yourself. 
  • From a right of deletion Your right to erasure of personal data: this right enables you to have your personal data erased, subject to the legal retention periods. This may apply in particular if your data is no longer required for processing. 
  • From a right of limitation You have the right to object to the processing of your data in the following cases: in the event of unlawful use of your data; if you dispute the accuracy of your data; if you need the data to establish, exercise or defend your rights. 

Your personal data will then no longer be actively processed, and cannot be modified while you exercise this right.

BONCOLAC implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data in accordance with applicable regulations. In this context, BONCOLAC takes the necessary precautions and measures to prevent any unauthorized access or use of data, accidental loss or theft of data, destruction or alteration of data and, in general, any damage that may affect such data. 

  1. Conditions for modifying the privacy policy 

The site editor La Compagnie du Mochi - Frozen mochi makerreserves the right to modify this policy at any time in order to ensure that users of the Site comply with applicable law. Any such modifications shall not affect prior use of the Site, which shall remain subject to the policy in force at the time of such use and as accepted by the user on that occasion.
